Q: How does Pinpoint work?
A: Our Pinpoint products use GPS (Global Positioning System) and are able to track the exact location of the things most important to you.
Q: How can I activate my products?
A: An activation code is found at the back of all our products. Register an account on our website or mobile app and register your product. Once added the battery will start and you will be able to track the product.
Q: How thin are Pinpoint's stickers?
A: Pinpoint Basic and Pro stickers are both 0.4 mm thick. As a reference, all stickers are about as thick as a playing card.
Q: What is the difference between Pinpoint Basic Sheet and Pinpoint Premium?
A: In a sheet, the Pinpoint Basic is the more compact sticker and lasts for one day, suitable for hiking or trips to amusement parks. Pinpoint Premium, on the other hand, has a more durable battery lasting for five years. Customization features are available for both premium and basic stickers.
